IN//N existence was driven by a global conscious to creative and cultural resources. Several countries from developed and developing regions of the world are showing their concern to these matters. They believe that creative resources empower creative industries which delivers major force and incentive into their country's economic development. These creative and cultural industries sector are key engines for job creation, and it is distinguished by the high number of self-employed and creative professionals who work within its numerous fields. Within this positive concern arises, problems in this industry also arise. Lack of financial sector support, business ethics, natural resources abusement, human rights, lack of infrastructure, limitation of growth, and lack of media exposure are few problems that arise in most of regions which concern about this topic.
IN//N ITIATIVE is a EU based (operated in Berlin-Germany) platform which is constantly promoting, supporting, educating and networking Indonesian (and other developing regions) creative potential into the global atmosphere. IN//N works and partners with creative entities, universities, artists, corporations, and other related stakeholders in developing and developed regions. Those activities generate funds, promotion, collaboration, and knowledge supports, dedicated to the enhancement of creative resources in developing regions.
Why focus on developing regions?
Most of developing regions are still struggling with poverty, population, low education, corruption, and environmental damage. We believe by empowering the creative sectors in developing region will give more concrete contributions (short and long term) to bear these issues. Even though we are focusing on developing region creative development, we also believe that creative creatures have no landscape borders as well. IN//N also has a mission to deliver and promote responsible, ethical, and sustainable value for different layers of global creative industry subjects. We believe by constantly generating collaborations between various creative entities in developing and developed region, IN//N will contribute to the preservation of : heritage, cultural diversity, and living arts while promoting their cultural and economic potentials.

R^VENATIVE (Ariel William Orah) is now a Berlin Based multi-disciplinary artist and a sustainable activist. Since 2004 he's been involved with various projects related with music, art, communication and visual design, photography, SEO IT-related, fashion, environmental marketing, CSR and publication. He is currently finishing his master program of CSR and Sustainabilty in Steinbeis University Berlin, and also actively involved in various cross culture projects.

Not many Indonesians who study abroad could finish their study on time while also consistently doing other personal desires such as music and entrepreneurship at the same time. Irzan Raditya is a proper living example. He graduated from HTW Berlin majoring Computer Science, formerly the bass player of Not Called Jinx (German Alt.Rock Band) which already secured a record deal, right now he is also starting his own conceptual "comic-couture" clothing company Cape & Fly, and a social-fashion platform, STYYLI. Currently this mobile-mogul is currently working in Berlin mainly related with Mobile Apps Development.

After graduated from Interstudi School of Design Jakarta in 2005, Irvandy Syarffudin moved to Germany to pursue further graphic design education in Department of Graphic Design / Visual Communication at the Burg-Giebichenstein, University of Art and Design Halle. His works are mainly related with graphic design discipline, including several international award winning identity designs, publication designs, and typographies. He's now based in Berlin, establishing his professional graphic design journey, and also actively involved in various cross disciplinary artistic projects.

KAMILA WABNIK // @saltinmyhair // is an visual designer, brand planner and blogger with a life-long devotion to spontanious escapes creative activities, foreign cultures, people and places. Especially Indonesia made it to Kamila’s heart and mind since she has been living and studying Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship in Bandung in 2013 and travelling the hidden corners of the country. Dedicating her master thesis to creative businesses changing the Made in Indonesia label she came back to Bandung in 2014 for on spot research and for extending her Indonesian network.

AUO is a progressive passionate fashion label, ran by dynamic designer duo Gabriella Arthemia and Fam Mis. Both of them graduated from Mode Design HTW Berlin and currently pursuing their fashion career in Europe. They also have started an Indonesian Fashion Syndicate NONANI.DE, which got aims to present the latest contemporary Indonesian fashion into the western world.

Gilang Agustian is a decent IT nerd. He completed both his bachelor and master degree in Wirtschaftinformatik (Business Informatics) at Brandenburg University - Germany. SEESTR40 is a duo artists who live in See Str 40, Berlin. Iman Warih Wijaya Waskito and Avrillia Nuanty Devi work on different kind of artistic projects, mostly related with fashion, music, and videography. They are both living, working, and finishing their study in fashion design and political science in Berlin.

Ferenz Leonard is a Berlin native. Born in Berlin, raised in Jakarta, then back to Berlin again 12 years ago to continue his further education. He got unique education background which is bio-technology and now he is currently writing his MBA thesis at HTW Berlin. Besides both subjects, He is also actively doing his artistic desire as a painter and photographer, and also involved in some music and cinematography projects.

Ferisa Natassa is a textile designer and having her own brand in Jakarta, Indonesia named Malca. She previously worked as a fashion and beauty stylist at Gadis Magazine in Indonesia, and also for FOREVER21 as a visual merchandiser. She is currently living in Berlin as a master student majoring "Sustainability in Fashion" at ESMOD, an innovative programme which takes a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to design and position itself as ecologically, ethically, socially, and economically sustainable.
